Two ready packages. Both are a full course: gut cleansing, colonisation with microbiota, and a maintenance stage. They differ in the form of the preparation, the length of maintenance, and whether the microbiota test is included.

Which one fits is decided by the clinic's doctor, based on gut condition and age. Prices are in Chinese yuan; the rouble figure is approximate, at the current rate.

What Makes Up the Difference
The extended package costs 16,200 CNY more. That is not a surcharge for one thing, but the sum of three.
Form of the preparation
In the basic package the preparation comes as capsules; in the extended one, as microcapsules or oil drops. The live material is the same — what differs is how it is taken: a capsule has to be swallowed whole, while drops and granules do not require that.
Length of maintenance
Two months instead of one. This is recommended when gut function is noticeably disturbed and the new microflora needs more time to settle in.
Included test
In the basic package the microbiota test is paid separately; in the extended one it is part of the price. If the test has already been done separately, there is no need to pay for it again.

How the Package Is Chosen
The more noticeably gut function is disturbed, the sooner the extended package is recommended — a longer maintenance stage and a form of the preparation matched to the patient. The final decision is made by the clinic's doctor after the questionnaires and the test.
For a lasting result several courses are usually recommended. How many depends on how the body responds and is discussed with the doctor separately.
